Returns Policy: All Sales are Final!

Once a payment is processed, payment processing fees are non-refundable to Fagra and to the buyer.

Fagra is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP!

If you received the wrong item, please email Fagra immediately. Include a subject in your email to help us address your concern faster. Make sure to attach proof of your order, provide relevant information, and include a photo of the items you received. We will make it right!

Package Sent Back?
When checking out, please ensure you include your FULL address, including house/apt/unit number, etc.

Fagra is not responsible for insufficient addresses submitted by the consumer.

If an address mistake is made before you receive your confirmation email, you still have the opportunity to correct the address by contacting Fagra. You must reach out within 24 hours of your order; after that, no further action can be taken to resolve the issue.

We only ship to the US, UK, and Canada.
